Knockoff KFC Coleslaw

Source: adapted from a recipe on this blog

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon onion, finely grated (or 1 teaspoon onion powder, if you have zero onions in your house)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
8 cups cabbage, finely diced
1/2 cup carrot, grated

Directions:
In a large bowl whisk together the first 8 ingredients until smooth and well combined.  Add the cabbage and carrots and mix until evenly coated.  Use a slotted spoon to serve since it's a very wet slaw.  ;)

Notes:
I love this coleslaw.  I honestly don't remember the last time I ever had coleslaw from KFC, so I have no idea if the title is accurate or not (I'm just going with what the original blogger said).  But this stuff is delicious.  It's become the one and only coleslaw recipe I ever use.  We especially love it on top of BBQ chicken sandwiches.  Yum!
